Rode a quick 40 miles this morning. It will probably be the last ride prior to the Best Buddies ride next Saturday. I felt good and am looking forward to the CA ride. Need a little gearing adjustment but other than that the bike is ready also.

On the fundraising front, I'm seeing a few hundred dollars a day coming in so hopefully I'll get to the $10,000 level by the ride. Hopefully the team can bring in another $200 each this week to take us over the $100,000 target. We've fallen behind Silicon Valley Bank Financial Group but hopefully by ride time we'll overtake them again. They are furious fundraisers as the event approaches. We saw that last year. The best thing of all is that Best Buddies is approaching $3million in total donations for this event!

I hope everyone in the area of the ride takes some time to travel to the coast to cheer on the team cyclists as well as the buddy participants.
