Wow, August 17th. Days are just flying by. The Best Buddies Challenge is in just three weeks. It should be a great event. I have three riders going with me from Houston to ride, State Senator Rodney Ellis, one of my co-workers, Shanna Graves and my neighbor Michael Gabrellise. This ride is especially important to me because my neighbor Michael, who is 17, is slowly losing his sight. This may be one of the last big rides he does and it will be really special to see him with the likes of Floyd Landis and the other professional cyclists.

We all appreciate all the support everyone is giving and hope to reach our fundraising goal in the next three weeks.
